HOW MUCH DOES EACH BIN ALLOW?
Each skip bin has a weight allowance included in the initial price of the skip bin. For all excess over these weights, Fees will apply as per current tip fees.
We can only accept bins that have been filled to rim only. Se below for the right and wrong way to fill your skip. Additional charges will apply if contents exceed the top of the skip bin. Need to know more?

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When do I need to make payment?Payment details are required upon booking your skip, unless otherwise discussed with ECS, all payments are made on day of delivery.

What items can I place in the skip bins?Items such as mattresses, bases and tyres, are not listed under ‘general waste’ and incur extra fees. Dangerous items such as asbestos, liquids, explosive, flammable, or illegal items, are not to be placed in the skip under any circumstances. Please contact us if you are unsure of what cannot be placed in the skip bins.

How much can I fill my skip bin up?We can only accept bins that have been filled to rim only. Additional charges will apply if contents exceed the top of the skip bin. If the driver is unable to level the skip bin at the time of collection, we will be unable to collect due to risk of spillage and fines for transporting overfull bins, additional fees will be charged for extra hire days and another pick up.

Where will the skip bin be placed?Preferably your bin should be placed within your boundary. Every attempt will be made to place the skip bin at the specified location, however, the final delivery placement will be at the discretion of ECS (for example, if the requested location is not accessible or too small).

How do I know which skip bin is right for me?If you’re unsure what size skip is most suitable for you, please call us on 0414391010 so we can assist you with your choice of bin sizes.

Skip bin hire period.Standard bin hire is 7 days but at ECS we understand things sometimes don’t go to plan, We can extend your hire if required. Extra costs may apply

What happens if the skip bin damages my driveway, pavement, pathway, lawn or other?Whilst every precaution is taken when delivering and collecting the skip bins, ECS does not accept responsibility for any damage because of loading and unloading the skip bin.
